Bereft of its Kryptonian guardian, Earth finds itself in the crosshairs of Steppenwolf, a New God commander from a distant planet hell-bent on domination. Electro axe in hand and swarms of Parademons at his beck and call, he sets about with his task. In a bid to stop him, Wonder Woman and Batman form the Justice League with a trio of metahumans – The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg. However, their best efforts fall short of dealing a crippling blow to Steppenwolf’s agenda. Left with no choice, they must resort to drastic measures to derail the inevitable, even if the risks of doing so are super high.
