A time displacement machine sends Batman and his arch enemies back to feudal Japan. The latter take the forms of feudal lords that rule the lands with an iron fist, and leading that charge is Joker. With his high tech weaponary and equipment rendered useless, it’s down to Batman’s cunning to neutralise the threat and find a way back to the present.
