Drunken playboy Arthur is living the dream with money and women on tap. His mother, however, has had enough of his reckless antics and tells him that unless he gets his act together, she will cut off his allowance and dock his inheritance. Asked to find and marry a sensible woman, Arthur meets Naomi, of whom his mother does not approve. With his mother having linved up a ‘better’ suitor, Arthur now faces an unenviable choice between money and happiness.
